Who We Are
Bourne Manor Extended Care Facility is a 142-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility set on spacious, landscaped grounds. We're conveniently located right on Route 28, just a quarter mile south of the Bourne Bridge.
We've been caring for people in the Bourne area since 1989, providing top-quality, personalized rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care in a warm, homelike setting.
We're locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Bourne-area healthcare professionals. And we're backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
